Qualifications

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred.
• Working at Heights Training or willingness to obtain.
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification required.
• Valid Class 'G' Driver License with reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of facilities.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks and minor maintenance.
• Monitor heating, cooling, plumbing, and building security.
• Ensure proper inventory of cleaning supplies.
