• 3 years facility maintenance management experience required including resource planning.
• 4 years automated warehouse or distribution management experience for automated facilities.
• Experience with ammonia, Freon and/or CO2 refrigeration systems.
• Knowledge of Process Safety Management and Risk Management Plan.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance-related activities following safety standards.
• Train and manage direct reports to ensure productivity.
• Plan and schedule maintenance workload using CMMS.
• Collaborate with General Manager on budgets and energy management.
