Position Hiring
- Executive Assistant to the CEO (not just an administration role, this is a mid-management level position at the office)
Compensation Includes
- Starting base salary to be determined after interviews (in the range of $50,000–$80,000, determined based on related work experience and qualifications)
- Base salary plus monthly & seasonal bonuses (dependent on performance reviews & KPIs)
- Full dental and health insurance benefits coverage
- Up to 30% annual salary increase (dependent on performance reviews & KPIs)
- Potential company stock options
Position Requirements
- Post-secondary degree or diploma is required
- A minimum of two years of business management experience is strongly preferred
- Fluent English is mandatory. Bilingual candidates are highly valued – English plus fluency in another language (French, Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Japanese)
- Must be able to travel frequently for business expos and trips outside of Toronto; travel accommodations and expenses are covered by the head office
- Preferred Skill Sets : proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with graphic design tools (Photoshop or Illustrator) and video editing software (Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects)
- Familiarity with AI tools
- Basic understanding of franchise development and management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work from home efficiently and professionally when required
- Maintains a professional and positive attitude at all times
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills (prior management experience is a strong asset)
- Ability to thrive in a fun, creative, and fast-paced work environment while upholding professionalism
- Strong decision-making skills with a logical and positive approach to challenges
- Flexibility to support various administrative tasks, including supplier sourcing, project management, accounting, and recruitment
