Your role
  • Coordinate meetings, including those of the executive committee.
  • Gather and organize presentation materials (e.g., PowerPoint).
  • Draft and update reports, letters, memos, and other documents using corporate templates.
  • Maintain and follow up on confidential files.
  • Keep contact lists and related information up to date.
  • Prepare expense reports and time sheets.
  • Monitor and process invoice payments.
  • Organize the President's travel arrangements.
  • Manage registrations and participation in panels and conferences.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as needed.
About you
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a corporate environment, supporting senior leadership.
  • Absolute discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive documents and situations.
  • Highly motivated, discreet, and well‑organized.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities independently.
  • Collaborative mindset and positive attitude.
  • High adaptability and comfort with multitasking.
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision and manage multiple files simultaneously.
  • Flexibility and availability to respond to last‑minute emergencies, including outside regular working hours, as well as for special projects.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory. Proficiency in French is considered an asset.
  • While the work model is hybrid, presence in the office is required when the President is in the office.
