Job summary

A community-focused organization in Kamloops is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Executive Director. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with responsibilities including calendar management, event planning, and liaising with external partners. Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of experience providing comprehensive administrative support to a team, including senior management.
  • Experience working within an Indigenous or Aboriginal-centered organization is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Executive Director’s calendar and schedule appointments.
  • Coordinate monthly Board meetings and prepare necessary materials.
  • Arrange travel bookings for staff and Board members.
  • Support the planning and execution of events and meetings.
  • Procure office supplies and equipment as needed.
