What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Identify, source, and close new lead opportunities while building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified sales leads
  • Deliver high-quality presentations, demos, and customer proposals that effectively communicate the solution's value
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and customer base, consistently meeting assigned sales targets
  • Utilize CRM tools to document, track, and report on sales activities, generating quotes and managing the sales process
  • Collaborate closely with Implementation and Account Management teams to ensure seamless onboarding for new customers

What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience selling software and / or healthcare services
  • Proven track record of managing the sales cycle from start to finish, consistently attaining or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to quickly learn and understand domain knowledge of target sectors
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to creatively prospect and hunt for new business

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

  • Bilingual capability considered an asset
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for learning and growth
  • Comfort with questioning the status quo to drive organizational change
