Job summary

Indigo is seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals to support daily store operations across Canada. You will help with inventory, stock replenishment, merchandising, and creating a warm, welcoming environment to delight customers.

You will engage customers on the floor, tell stories through our product assortment, and curate collections to match customer needs while maintaining health and safety standards. Flexibility for varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail or a retail environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights and early mornings (if required).
• Bilingualism (French/English) is required for all positions in Québec; other languages an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the store, before or after the store closes (10PM start time).
• Conduct inventory cycle counts, replenish stock, manage returns, shelve products, and process merchandise.
• Create a visually appealing store using merchandising standards and a welcoming environment for customers.
• Engage with customers on the floor and tell stories through our products.
• Curate specific product collections for customers and contribute to health and safety initiatives.
