Job summary

Indigo is seeking bright, energetic people to bring our storytelling and customer experience mission to life in our Canada stores. You’ll cultivate a welcoming sales floor, engage customers with product stories, and support inventory and merchandising tasks. A 5AM start is required, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Role involves lifting up to 40 pounds, staying adaptable, and delivering exceptional service. Bilingual French/English is required in Québec; other languages are an asset.

Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail or a retail environment preferred but not required.
• Adaptability, flexibility and a willingness to learn new things.
• Commitment to creating exceptional employee and customer experiences.
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with proper safety techniques.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights and early mornings.
• Bilingualism (French/English) required in Québec; other languages an asset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inventory cycle counts, replenish stock, manage returns, shelve products and process merchandise.
• Use merchandising standards to create a visually appealing store.
• Align with Store leadership on annual goals and objectives.
• Create a warm and welcoming store environment.
• Engage and connect with customers on the floor.
• Curate product collections for customers and respond to feedback promptly.
