Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail or retail environment preferred but not required.
• Adaptability, flexibility and willingness to learn all aspects of the store.
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations during open hours and after closing times.
• Assist with inventory, stock replenishment, returns and receiving merchandise.
• Create a welcoming environment and tell stories about products to engage customers.
• Curate product collections and connect with customers on the sales floor.
• Contribute to a safe, health-conscious store environment and respond to feedback promptly.
