Job description

· Collaborate with business and IT teams to design and develop well-defined technical solutions that meet project objectives and requirements.

· Development, Unit Testing, and System Testing.

· Develop related operational documentation as required.

· Gain an understanding of the current software environment and identify integration points and requirements of the solutions to existing enterprise software.

· Develop solution and implementation plans with appropriate resource skills and estimates of effort for integration with identified applications.

· Assist in developing task lists and resource assignments based on architectural planning and deployments.

· Assist with the development of recommendations including providing details of dependencies, inter- dependencies, and business impacts pertaining to solutions proposed and designed for implementation.

· Collaborate with multi-disciplined teams on proof of concept and limited production roll outs.

· Document technical recommendations: related operational documentation and provide technical advice to project and informatics team members.

· Document and report project status against established objectives, milestones, and facilitate tracking and closure of issues.

· Must have a University Degree or Masters in Computing Science or equivalent.

· 5 years’ experience in SQL Server database application development, including Transact-SQL and stored procedure development.

· 5 years’ experience in understanding business goals and translating them into requirements for IT solutions.

· 2 years’ progressive experience in creating new mappings and data integration workflows in FME (Safe Software).

· 5 years’ progressive experience in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Data Warehousing and Data Mart business reporting solutions.

· Must be able to pass enhanced security clearance requirements.
