This role supports festival and event operations by managing inventory, coordinating load-in and load-out, overseeing on-site setup, and working closely withBen (owner/operator) and the production team to ensure safe, efficient execution. Work is project-based with higher intensity around major events such as Pachena Bay Music Festival and Salty Hearts, in May and July. Compensation ranges from $25–$50/hour depending on experience and event budgets, with potential for ongoing contract work through Long Shot Rentals.
