Are you passionate about bringing events to life and excited to work in a fast-paced marketing environment? We are currently seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Entry-Level Event Coordinator to join our growing team in Toronto.

As an Event Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in executing live marketing campaigns and in-person brand activations. This is a hands-on role where you will support the planning, logistics, and delivery of promotional events to drive client engagement and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events, pop-ups, and brand activations
• Organise materials, equipment, and event logistics in preparation for each event
• Support the setup, operation, and takedown of events
• Liaise with team members, clients, and venue staff to ensure smooth event delivery
• Engage with the public to promote client brands and deliver memorable experiences
• Collect feedback, document performance metrics, and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and energy during each event

Requirements & Qualifications

• No prior event experience required – training provided
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Must be based in Toronto and available to work on-site only (no remote work)
• Background in marketing, hospitality, customer service, or events is an asset
