ALL (Active Leaders of Love) is looking for a dedicated and strategic Volunteer Donor and Partnerships Relations Manager to help us expand our reach and strengthen our work across Canadian communities. With the support of partners like Walmart, we’ve begun building trusted relationships that help fuel our mission. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute your skills in fundraising, relationship management, or grant development toward building more inclusive, equitable, and resilient communities. About Us:

In this role, you will:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with individual donors, sponsors, and funding partners
  • Identify and pursue new partnership and grant opportunities
  • Develop donor engagement strategies, outreach materials, and proposals
  • Coordinate fundraising initiatives and support donor stewardship efforts
  • Track partnership progress and maintain a donor database
  • Collaborate with leadership on long-term sustainability and fundraising goals

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communicators with relationship-building skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Experienced in donor relations, fundraising, or community partnerships (professional or volunteer)
  • Passionate about equity, inclusion, and community development

Commitment:

  • Flexible hours (approx. 5–10 hours per week)
  • A great opportunity for mid- to senior-level professionals or anyone with Donor and/or Partnership Relations experience looking to give back and gain meaningful experience in our nonprofit organization.
