Job summary

Une entreprise de conseil recherche un Coordinateur d'Événements pour gérer l'ensemble de la planification des événements. Vous serez responsable de la communication avec les fournisseurs, de la gestion des demandes des locataires et d'assurer un service client exceptionnel. Ce rôle requiert une expérience en gestion d'événements et un bon sens du détail, idéal pour un professionnel motivé souhaitant évoluer dans un environnement dynamique.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 ans d'expérience en gestion d'événements.
  • Expérience démontrée en gestion de bénévoles et en enregistrement via Eventbrite.
  • Expérience en gestion de lieux d'événements est préférée.

Responsibilities

  • Gérer la planification d'événements de A à Z.
  • Assister à la mise en place et au démantèlement de réunions internes.
  • Coordonner les interactions entre les locataires, les fournisseurs et le personnel du bâtiment.

The Job!

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end event venue planning, from client intake through to event day support as well as other administrative and facility-related tasks.

  • Assisting with the setup and teardown of internal meetings, including preparing food and beverage service for guests
  • Assisting in creating and hosting quality activities (like holidays or socials)
  • Assisting with event sales inquiries
  • Monitoring and responding to vendor inquiries, processing activity permits, and coordinating with the security team to ensure seamless access and compliance
  • Managing vendor and contract coordination, including scheduling for installations, deliveries, and on-site work
  • Facilitating interactions between tenants, vendors, and building staff to maintain efficient operations and high-quality service
  • Ensuring all vendor requests are processed within a strict 24-hour turnaround time to meet operational demands
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism in all communications and interactions, as some tenants invest millions in rental space and expect exceptional service
  • Other ad-hoc tasks, such as reception coverages, as necessary

What you bring to the job:

The ideal candidate is someone who is outgoing and confident. You also come with the following:

  • 2-5 years of facilities/events experience, preferably from a professional services firm
  • Demonstrated experience with volunteer management and Eventbrite registration
  • Experience in event venue management and coordination is preferred
  • Strong initiative, practical problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Detail oriented and takes pride in their work
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as within a team
