Qualifications

• Entry-level position with 0-2 years of related experience.
• Familiarity with avionics systems and standards (ARINC 429, MIL-STD-1553).
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 15288:2008 and MBSE SysML is a major asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering trade studies on product technologies.
• Translate customer requests into system level requirements.
• Write specifications for subcontractors based on requirements.
• Evaluate alternative solutions and establish preliminary design.
• Review electrical wiring diagrams for traceability to requirements.
• Integrate and test avionics and military systems.
• Prepare presentations to communicate technical information.
