Qualifications

• Must be a member of the Black community.
• Residing in British Columbia.
• Prior mentoring experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with youth in person or virtually.
• Develop a relationship with Mentees.
• Help mentees with personal and professional skills.
• Be a reliable source of support and guidance.
• Attend Mentorship training sessions.
• Commit to at least 3-4 hours per week for 12 months.
