Are you an expert in robotic welding looking to lead high-impact technical projects? We are seeking a dedicated Engineering Welding Specialist to join a premier automotive manufacturing & logistics facility in Simcoe, ON.
As an Engineering Welding Specialist, you will take full ownership of the plant’s welding programs, specifically focusing on GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding), spot welding, and projection welding cells. This role is a cornerstone of the manufacturing & logistics department, where you will manage the entire lifecycle of welding equipment—from initial design and procurement to final installation and production support. You will be responsible for ensuring that all welding processes meet the highest standards of quality and volume.
In this position, you will be expected to drive continuous improvement by challenging existing methods and testing innovative solutions to enhance equipment reliability. This role offers significant autonomy, making it ideal for a self‑motivated professional who enjoys seeing a project through from end to end.
