Qualifications

• 3–5 years of property management experience (multifamily preferred).
• Experience in training, operations, or onboarding support.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a high sense of accountability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and ongoing training sessions for property managers and support staff.
• Support and coordinate new hire onboarding through Learning Management Software.
• Create and update training materials reflecting current policies.
• Host group classes and virtual sessions in a training classroom.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and landlord-tenant laws.
• Track training attendance and key performance metrics.
