is currently looking for EMAT Data Analyst Level 3 to join our team in Calgary, Canada.

By providing technology and service-focused solutions to the international oil and gas industry, PIPECARE Group has been helping our customers ensure the integrity of their pipeline and facility assets for over 20 years. Due to our global growth, we are seeking experienced EMAT Data Analysts [Level 3] to support our ongoing expansion.

The selected candidate will work with project execution teams to ensure the timely and accurate reporting of in-line inspection results, focusing on our custom reporting solutions to meet customer needs. Responsibilities include reviewing customer specifications, processing in-line inspection data, analyzing pipeline features and anomalies, applying industry assessment criteria, ensuring quality and accuracy, and compiling inspection results into comprehensive reports.

Qualifications:
  • Certification in EMAT technology [Level 3]
  • Minimum 15+ years experience as an EMAT Data Analyst
Other Requirements:
  • Solution-oriented attitude, hands-on approach, disciplined, team player, self-motivated
Responsibilities include:
  • Checking and approving tool performance during PTT
  • Assessing data quality of ILI runs
  • EMAT Data Analysis (Valid or expired ASNT LIII or LII Certificate)
  • Verifying dig tasks at sites and preparing reports
  • Reviewing software interfaces and manuals
  • Preparing DAD quality documentation
  • Providing accurate tool sensitivity values
  • Preparing run assessment reports
  • Identifying pipeline obstructions
  • Producing valid preliminary and final reports
  • Communicating results to HO-DAD and integrating into reports
  • Ensuring coordinate synchronization
  • Reporting software issues to R&D and team leaders
  • Updating documentation and quality procedures
  • Executing additional tasks as assigned
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Engineering or related degree
  • Experience with database development and reporting
  • Process analysis and requirement development experience
  • Experience with large, complex databases
  • Proficient in Excel, Access, Minitab, SPSS
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • English proficiency
