We believe learning a new skill, like web development, should be exciting and engaging — and that starts with the instructional staff. Prior teaching experience isn't required to be a TA. If you bring knowledge, strong communication skills, and positive energy, you'll help students on their journey to a successful career. We will provide training, lesson plans, and tools to support your impact in the classroom.

Below is a brief overview of each role, with more details to follow after scheduling a phone interview with a recruiter.

Our Teaching Assistants are present during class hours, facilitating lessons and supporting students during project group work.

Our Tutors support students in University Bootcamps globally by meeting 1:1 via Zoom (schedule based on need/availability).

Our Learning Assistants support students via Slack on a structured schedule with multiple shift options.

Our Graders evaluate student assignments, providing detailed, clear feedback to support learning, with a flexible schedule.

Skills & Requirements
  • At least 6 months of experience related to the program you wish to interview for (some roles require more experience)
  • Familiarity with most or all of the program technologies listed for your chosen program
  • Excellent Time-Management skills
  • Stable internet connection
  • Schedule flexibility
  • This is a remote, part-time, W2 employment position. ***Must be authorized to work in the U.S.***

Hourly salary: In Colorado, approximately $20/hr. Final compensation may vary based on location and experience.
