A leading community support organization in Toronto is looking for a Support Worker to enhance the capacity of individuals in community living. This position involves providing personal care, supporting life skills training, and implementing life plans. Candidates must have a high-school diploma and relevant experience, with post-secondary education in a related field being beneficial. The role requires strong caregiving skills and knowledge of healthcare procedures.

Contributes to the delivery of supports and programs consistent with life plans to meet the needs of individuals in order to enhance their capacity to function in all aspects of community living.
