Location: Mississauga, ON L5V 2V1 (On‑road)

Salary: $39.00/hour, 30 hours per week

Employment Type: Permanent, Full‑time

Responsibilities
  • Prepare production and other reports
  • Supervise workers and projects
  • Co‑ordinate and schedule activities
  • Recruit and hire workers, and carry out related staffing actions
  • Arrange or conduct training
  • Set up machines and equipment
  • Estimate costs and materials
  • Recommend personnel actions
  • Read blueprints and drawings
  • Requisition, order, and manage materials, equipment and supplies
  • Prepare contracts, negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
  • Plan and manage budgets
  • Plan, prepare construction schedules, milestones and monitor progress
  • Oversee analysis of data and information
  • Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
  • Direct purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
