Position Overview: They are seeking a Senior Surface Water Management Engineer to join our multi‑disciplinary team with a national remit. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of drainage as an integrated part of green‑blue infrastructure and masterplanning. With a minimum of 3 years of post‑graduation experience, the successful candidate will have expertise in drainage design, including Sustainable Drainage Systems (SUDS), and possess knowledge of industry‑standard drainage networks design.

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant subject.
• Minimum of 3 years of post‑graduation experience.
• Experience in drainage design, including SUDS.
• Competence in AutoCAD and Hydraulic modelling, preferably Microdrainage.
• Proven track record in delivering technically excellent projects on time and to budget.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to develop innovative, sustainable, and cost‑effective solutions.
• Experience in team working on multi‑disciplinary projects.
• Competence in the use of Civil 3D.
• Sound commercial understanding.
• Proven record of developing client relationships.
• Attained or working towards relevant professional qualification.
