A leading power technology company is seeking a District Manager to maximize sales of products and services in Ontario. This remote position involves regular travel and requires 3-10 years of sales experience in the Electrical Industry, specifically within Commercial and Industrial markets. Candidates should possess strong communication and analytical skills, and a B. Sc or B. Eng. in Electrical Engineering is essential. Work arrangement: Remote
Travel: Regular travel within the province, occasionally outside country or province, for training and/or conferences & tradeshows.
At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members and are committed to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $117110 - $155173.4. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training.
This position may also be eligible for S&C’s annual incentive plan (AIP). AIP amounts are variable and are dependent on both company and individual performance, subject to eligibility criteria. The target bonus percentage for this role is 10% of annual base earnings.
The District Manager is responsible for the sale of company products and services to maximize sales volume in the assigned district area. The District Manager also supports the Senior Manager of the sales region to effectively manage and forecast sales for the assigned district. They must also be able to specify, apply, market, and sell all of the company’s products and services to customers (which includes utilities, distributors, contractors, mines, and consultants).
Normal or frequent minor physical effort required for the day-to-day activity in the workplace. May involve standing, sitting, walking, climbing stairs and lifting/moving/using objects or equipment up to 20lbs.
Acceptable working environment with minor or almost no disagreeable or challenging working conditions as part of everyday expected levels (all jobs will occasionally experience undesirable or disagreeable events).
