McDougall Energy in Tillsonburg, Ontario is seeking a dynamic Dispatch Administrator to join the Operations team. You will provide administrative support to the dispatch function and help coordinate transportation activities, ensuring accurate records and timely processing of customer requests.

The ideal candidate will combine strong customer service, multitasking, and solid computer skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer requests related to fuel deliveries, account inquiries, and other delivery-related services in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist the Dispatcher with planning and scheduling deliveries to maximize operational efficiencies and optimize equipment utilization.
• Ensure all dispatch documentation, delivery records, and required paperwork are accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner to support inventory reconciliation and operational reporting.
• Provide administrative support to the Operations team, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and coordinating documentation.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, escalating concerns as appropriate to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
