Job summary

McDougall Energy Inc. is seeking a Dispatch Administrator in Tillsonburg to support the dispatch function and coordinate fuel-delivery activities. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will provide administrative assistance and ensure accurate documentation and timely communications with customers.

The role requires strong customer service, multitasking abilities, and solid computer skills. Prior fuel industry exposure is an asset, with opportunities for growth within a collaborative team.

• Transportation and/or fuel related experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer requests related to fuel deliveries and inquiries.
• Assist the Dispatcher with planning and scheduling deliveries to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure dispatch documents, delivery records, and required paperwork are accurate and submitted timely.
• Provide administrative support to the Operations team, including maintaining records and preparing reports.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues, escalating as needed.
