  • Advance system strategy policy and government alignment, including developing system‑level policy positions, submissions, and strategic advice; collaborating with Government Relations, Legal, and Executive leaders; and monitoring health system trends to inform decision‑making.
  • Enable governance and executive effectiveness by supporting Board planning, coordinating content for committees and enterprise governance forums, and facilitating strategy flow between the Board, CEO, CSO, and Executive Leadership Forum.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Executive Team on annual goals, strategic proposals, balanced scorecards, and ad‑hoc analytical reports.
  • Enhance UHN’s reputation and brand profile through consistent strategic communications.
  • Contribute to the development, review, and iteration of key policy documents relevant to UHN and the broader Ontario health system.

  • Proven ability to engage, develop, and lead staff across complex organizational structures.
  • Skilled in process and project management, strategic thinking, and translating priorities into actionable initiatives.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear executive‑level insights for decision‑makers and governance bodies.
