A leading consulting firm is seeking a Director to build and lead a fully functional Project Delivery Office. This strategic role involves establishing project delivery governance and standards to enhance project performance. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of project management experience, along with a strong leadership background in engineering and construction environments. This role focuses on continuous improvement in project delivery processes, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and capacity.

This strategic leadership role is responsible for building and leading a fully functional Project Delivery Office, establishing organization-wide project delivery governance, standards, and capability across all stages of projects from pursuits through construction. The Director will develop and execute a clear PDO build-out roadmap that demonstrates measurable return on investment, improves project performance and quality, and delivers business value, while providing enterprise leadership in project standards, risk management, portfolio governance, and continuous improvement.
