about this team

The Strategy team is a trusted partner in the development of long- and short-range global pricing strategies, working closely with many key cross functional partners, including merchandising, planning, finance, retail, and brand to assess and implement market, category and SKU level pricing opportunities globally.

a day in the life: what you’ll do
  • Develop global long term pricing strategy
  • Lead and develop team members, including 3 pricing Sr Analysts
  • Build sensitivity models of different scenarios and synthesize results with powerful communication to enable senior leaders to make strategic business decisions
  • Develop fact-base including conducting primary quantitative consumer research, systematic competitive benchmarking, and financial transaction-level data analytics.
  • Perform quantitative analytics on financial results to measure key business drivers and summarize high level themes for executive level updates
  • Manage a team of trusted vendors to leverage for consumer and financial analytics
  • Partner with cross-functional partners across retail, product, buying and brand teams to develop comprehensive business strategies and implementation plans
  • Inform on market, category and SKU level pricing opportunities globally
  • Advise on implementation through project management support
  • Advise on financial impacts of pricing changes to FP&A forecasts and results
qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree required, degree in Finance or Economics preferred. Preference for master’s level candidates.
  • 10-12 years experience in Pricing Consulting or Strategy Consulting (with meaningful pricing experience) with top tier firm or in-house with global consumer company.
  • Highly experienced working in PowerPoint, Excel, Alteryx, or other data-analysis software including pricing data analysis software.
  • 2-3 years experience managing a team.

compensation and benefits package

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this positionis from $157,400-$206,600 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
