This isn't just a finance role—it's an opportunity to work directly with the owner and CEO, wearing many hats to drive the company's continued expansion.

You'll be more than an accountant; you'll be a key player in shaping the company's future. With a small, dedicated team of 30 employees, this is a hands-on position where your contributions will have a direct and visible impact. You'll work closely with senior leaders, contributing to and executing strategic initiatives that will help this business scale to the next level. Responsibilities
  • Lead all financial and accounting functions, from preparing financial statements to overseeing payroll.
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute business strategy, providing expert financial models for new customers, products, and more.
  • Prepare and present budgets and forecasts to the management team, identifying key opportunities and risks.
  • Ensure all financial records and policies are compliant and well-maintained.
  • Manage, mentor, and lead a junior accountant.
Qualifications
  • A CPA designation is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a management-level accounting role.
  • Experience in the manufacturing and / or distribution industry is a must.
  • A strong strategic mindset with excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • A proven ability to thrive in a small- to mid-sized growing company is a bonus.
