Job summary

A prominent ecommerce company in Toronto is looking for a Director of Applications to manage multiple teams including data, CRM (Salesforce), and ERP (Workday). This full-time hybrid role requires a proven leader with experience in managing technical teams, ERP implementations, and strong communication skills. The salary range is competitive at $170,000 to $200,000 per year. Candidates must reside in the Greater Toronto Area and have the right to work in Canada.

About the Company

Our client, a successful international ecommerce company is seeking to hire a Director of Applications for a full time hybrid position, 3 days per week in downtown Toronto office.

About The Opportunity

• This person will manage 3 teams (total 13-15 people)
• Data team (responsible for ETL/Data pipelines)
• CRM team (Salesforce)
• ERP team (The company has implemented Workday HCM and Finance for 1600+ users globally)
• This role will also manage vendors and 3rd parties
• The teams are mostly Agile

About You

• Proven experience managing/leading small/midsize technical teams
• Experience with ERP implementations (Workday preferred) and integrations
• Experience managing ETL/Data teams
• Experience with technical systems roadmapping/architecture/integrations/support
• Good communication and presentation skills, working with vendors, other technical teams and business stakeholders
• Ability to commute to downtown office 3 days per week (Tue/Wed/Thu)

Base Salary Range

$170,000 - $200,000/year
