Overview

Ride the next mile with us! The contribution of the Director Creative Studio & Brand Programs is essential to propelling a brand toward international recognition. The role directly support the company’s vision of becoming a major global player by building a strong brand that stands out in the industry, adapts to local realities, and differentiates itself from the competition.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the global brand vision, positioning and storytelling amongst our consumers, delivery contractors, and our employeur’s brand.
  • Oversee large-scale brand programs cohesion that span across physical and environmental channels, along with coordination with regional needs adaptation.
  • Establish corporate conferences & events objectives, ROI, lead strategy, tactics and production of collaterals.
  • Promote a creative culture that consistently delivers standout production work—across video, photography, content, and graphic design—while upholding high creative standards.
  • Manage a cohesive, fun and performant team of 4 individuals, with potential growth of more headcounts.
Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in brand, marcomm or creative related leadership roles
  • Proven experience or track record in strategic planning, large-scale brand development in multi countries
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Creative thinker, passionate, a keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Confident, collaborative, excellent interpersonal and entrepreneurial skills.
  • Capable of aligning marketing strategies with business goals, managing budgets, forecasting, and ROI analysi
  • The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
