Overview

New Position: This position is open due to an existing vacancy to support our evolving business needs.

Director, Business Transformation – Corporates Segment

Hiring a transformation director who's led integrations, knows how to drive business impact, and excels at making change stick. If you've driven measurable results in complex B2B environments, this Corporates segment role is worth a conversation. You will lead and execute complex, strategic transformation programs and workstreams to drive successful business outcomes across the Corporates segment, with a focus on business integration initiatives.

Location: this is a hybrid position, can be located in any of our US/Canada office locations (Frisco, TX, Eagan, MN or Toronto)

About the Role

In this opportunity as a Director, Business Transformation, you will:

  • Develop and manage end-to-end, data-driven transformation program plans and workstreams (e.g., backlogs, gap analyses, roadmaps, and core program materials).
  • Lead M&A-related business integration efforts to ensure smooth transitions and value capture.
  • Align program and workstream outcomes to Corporate Segment strategy, priorities, and customer value goals.
  • Establish and run program governance and accountability routines to drive delivery excellence.
  • Identify, assess, and escalate program risks/opportunities, providing clear mitigation actions and strategic recommendations.
  • Proactively address resource gaps and delivery roadblocks; escalate critical issues with proposed solutions.
  • Create and execute stakeholder engagement and communications plans to enable timely decisions across all levels.
  • Embed robust change management into every phase of planning and execution to support adoption and sustained outcomes.
  • Champion AI and continuous improvement to automate repetitive work, enable data-driven decisions, and scale innovation through shared lessons learned and efficient artifact management.

About You

You’re a fit for the role of Director, Business Transformation, if your background includes:

  • 7+ years of experience in business transformation, program delivery, strategy execution, or operational leadership, preferably in SaaS or B2B enterprise environments.
  • Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable business impact, including AI-enabled transformation projects.
  • Experience driving mergers and acquisitions integration work including due diligence, integration planning, and post-merger integration execution.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect high-level objectives to day-to-day execution.
  • Build trust and lead culture change through transparent communication and team alignment.
  • Experience applying agile frameworks (e.g., scrum, Kanban, lean, OKRs) and collaboration tools to drive clarity, speed, and value delivery.
  • Outstanding facilitation and collaboration skills, including the ability to bring together diverse stakeholders to navigate ambiguity.
  • Executive presence and strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate opportunities and risks to all levels of the organization.
  • Comfortable operating in a matrixed organization with evolving priorities and limited structure.
Additional preferred qualifications
  • Familiarity with transformation technologies and platforms such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong, or collaboration tools (e.g., Miro, MS Planner, Teams).
  • Background in business integration, customer experience, GTM strategy, organizational design, and operational excellence.
  • Strong working knowledge of systems, operations, or technical architecture—especially experience navigating cross-functional dependencies between platforms, data flows, and enterprise tools.
  • MBA or other advanced degree.
