We are currently looking for a Client Manager who will play a key role in managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring high-quality service tailored to client needs.

Mission

The Client Manager plays a key role in managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services tailored to clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty;
  2. Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the insurance domain;
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded;
  4. Act as the main point of contact for escalations and proactively address client concerns;
  5. Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans aligned with CU Insurance Québec’s objectives;
  6. Collaborate with the Delivery Manager (DM) to ensure client expectations are met;
  7. Manage escalations between internal teams and clients.
Desired Profile:
  1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  2. Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the insurance or consulting industries;
  3. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
  4. Fluency in French and English is required.
