Insight Global is hiring a Digital Communications Coordinator to support one of the big 5 banks digital Journey team. This role is ideal for someone early in their digital career who is eager to learn and contribute to the execution of digital marketing campaigns, email newsletters and digital analytics. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth digital experiences across platforms.

The role is 3-4 days in office downtown Toronto.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist in executing digital journey strategies across email and web platforms.
  • Coordinate and deploy email newsletters, including audience segmentation, scheduling, testing, and performance tracking.
  • Support product, sales and marketing teams with email and marketing campaigns.
  • Submit digital support tickets to the publishing team, escalating issues as needed.
  • Publish and maintain web content using Seismic, Pardot and Bynder.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to integrated applications and digital tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Document processes and maintain knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide updates on support activities.
  • Support the BCE team with research and ad hoc tasks.
Daily tasks
  • Manage email distribution calendars and content scheduling.
  • Provide QA for digital campaigns (e.g., validating placements and creative).
  • Coordinate asset delivery and maintain brand consistency across platforms.
  • Submit support tickets for digital projects.
  • Support campaign execution and digital asset management.
  • Build email templates and send email campaigns using enterprise tools (SalesForce, Pardot, Seismic, RIVA).

Skills and Requirements
  • Post‑secondary education in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital support or coordination.
  • Familiar with financial services industry, particularly Investments and Asset Management.
  • Familiarity with the publishing life cycle, including SEO/SEM, accessibility requirements and responsive layouts.
  • Proficient with Seismic, Pardot and/or similar publishing tools.
  • Proficient with MS Office suite, Word, Excel, PPT, SharePoint.
  • Experience managing email campaigns, adhering to CASL requirements and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Experience with ticketing systems like WorkFront, JIRA, ZenDesk.
  • Exposure to design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., AODA compliance).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web publishing.
