Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to a high volume of email inquiries through a shared inbox.
• Communicate professionally with advisors and their staff by phone and email.
• Review incoming new business documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Enter, update and maintain case information in company systems; complete follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records and document communications.
• Prepare and update reports and spreadsheets.
• Review information for accuracy and compliance; follow up as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to keep cases organized and moving forward.
• Provide administrative backup and support to the team as needed.
