Lifemark Health Group in Lower Sackville, NS, is seeking a Registered Counselling Therapist or Social Worker - Clinical Specialist for a hybrid role. You will provide counselling to diverse clients referred by employers, insurers, and third parties, within a multidisciplinary team.

This position offers full-time and part-time hours, a Monday–Friday schedule, and supportive admin and digital resources to focus on patient care, with opportunities for professional growth and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counselling, psychology, or social work.
• Registered with NS College of Counselling Therapists or NS College of Social Workers.
• 1-3 years clinical experience in mental health.

Responsibilities

• Provide counselling to clients referred by employers, insurers, and third parties.
• Adopt goal-focused, therapeutic approaches to reduce distress and improve functioning.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences to review treatment plans.
• Document progress and outcomes using e-charting software.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Stay current with evidence-based practices and pursue professional development.
