Job summary

The Warrington Group is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator in Halifax, NS to be the hub of customer communication, sales operations, and digital engagement. You will work with sales, marketing and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive solutions across channels.

You will manage inquiries, coordinate responses, and support e-commerce initiatives, delivering a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on detailed tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Base salary: $50,000–$55,000 annually (experience dependent).
  • Comprehensive health care plan.
  • Hybrid or work remote is NOT an option in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming calls and customer service lines promptly and professionally.
  • Direct technical and product inquiries to internal experts and follow up.
  • Coordinate and maintain customer responses with sales and service teams.
  • Ensure clear, professional communication across all customer interactions.
  • Monitor social media for messages, comments and inquiries.
  • Direct inbound inquiries to appropriate internal teams.
  • Assist in content creation, scheduling, and administration with marketing.
  • Organize and delegate incoming emails and respond to high-priority messages.
  • Process and prepare Amazon shipments.
  • Follow up on orders older than 10 days.
  • Update inventory and track order progress.
  • Update pricing sheets across platforms.
