If so, Kent Building Supplies is looking for an Overnight Freight Supervisor to join our team at our Mount Pearl location - 60 Old Placentia Rd, Mount Pearl, Newfoundland.

Shift Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9pm-6am

Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight freight team by setting high standards in safety, customer service, and merchandising.
• Communicate priorities and expectations clearly to associates, ensuring they have the tools and guidance to succeed.
• Monitor and support associate performance through coaching, feedback, and identifying training needs.
• Address associate and customer concerns professionally and constructively.
• Participate in inventory management, marketing execution, and team meetings.
• Perform general sales associate duties as required.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a retail setting is an asset.
