Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Demand Generation Manager who owns paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer the targeting, budget calls, roadmap, and narrative when clients ask why, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for multiple accounts, optimize budgets, and drive long-term client growth with clear ROAS improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Proven track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
