Job summary

Blacksmith Agency — an AI-first digital agency — is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape targeting, budget calls, the roadmap, and the narrative on calls with clients.

You’ll manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, steer bidding, testing, attribution, and the 90-day roadmaps, building long-term relationships and delivering measurable ROAS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities
