Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budget calls, roadmap, and narrative when clients ask why, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, manage bidding and testing, and ensure robust conversion tracking. You will drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term client partnerships.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience across multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

• Own paid media for Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for assigned accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
