Job summary

Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, is seeking an Account Strategist to own paid media for B2B and growing brands. You’ll guide targeting, budgets, roadmap, and client storytelling on calls with US clients, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize ROAS, CPA and pipeline, and collaborate with multiple clients in an agency setting. Remote role available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure reliable conversion tracking and attribution: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client; explain numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
