Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency looking for a Search Marketing Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set budgets, bid strategies, and narratives for client calls, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, craft 90‑day roadmaps, and drive growth through retention and upsell while maintaining clear communication with US clients on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Plan budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and pixels.
• Develop 90‑day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Search Marketing Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
