Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will direct targeting, budgets, roadmaps and narrative in client calls.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, set budgets, test creative variants, track performance with GA4, and present the 90-day plans and quarterly roadmaps to clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through
• Agency experience across several clients at once
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls

Responsibilities

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
