Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You’ll define targeting, budget calls, and the roadmap, serving as the strategic voice in client conversations and decisions.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, build roadmaps, and drive retention and upsell, with a focus on clear attribution and performance storytelling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in paid media management.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement across multiple clients.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Plan budgets, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Track conversions and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Growth Marketing Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
