Job summary

Save-On-Foods in Winnipeg, MB is hiring delivery drivers for 16–32 hours per week to bring groceries from our online shopping hub to customers’ doors with exceptional service. Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries in a van with customer-first service.
• Coordinate with online shopping team to handle returns/refunds.
• Meet operational standards for the Online Shopping Department.
• Safely operate the delivery vehicle per road rules.
• Maintain a clean, roadworthy delivery vehicle.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

You will be responsible for:

• Delivering groceries in a fully equipped van and providing exceptional customer-first service.
• Working with the online shopping team and customer service center to resolve customer service recovery situations involving returns, refunds, etc.
• Achieving operational standards for the Online Shopping Department.
• Operating the delivery vehicle safely adhering to the rules of the road.
• Maintaining the delivery vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness and roadworthiness.
• Other duties as assigned.

You have:

• A valid, full class 5 provincial driver’s license from MB.
• A clean driver’s abstract.
• Experience in a customer service-related role.
• A strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical duties including prolonged sitting, bending, climbing, and pushing.
• Must be able to travel and make deliveries throughout the day and evening in all weather conditions.
• Proficiency in using mobile technology, including GPS applications and smartphones.
