Save-On-Foods in Vancouver, BC is hiring a Delivery Driver to bring groceries from our online shopping team to customers’ doors, delivering a reliable, customer-first experience.

You will drive a fully equipped van, coordinate with the online shopping and customer service teams, uphold safety standards, maintain the vehicle, and handle returns or refunds as needed. This role offers competitive pay, weekly pay, benefits, pensions, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Valid BC Class 5 driver’s license
• Clean driving abstract
• Serving It Right certification or willingness to obtain
• Customer service experience
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and deliver in all weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries in a van with customer-first service.
• Coordinate with online shopping team and customer service for recovery issues.
• Meet operational standards for Online Shopping Department.
• Operate delivery vehicle safely and comply with road rules.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and roadworthiness.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are hiring for a Delivery Driver at our Grandview Save-On-Foods location in Vancouver, BC.

Responsibilities

• Delivering groceries in a fully equipped van and providing exceptional customer-first service.
• Working with the online shopping team and customer service center to resolve customer service recovery situations involving returns, refunds, etc.
• Achieving operational standards for the Online Shopping Department.
• Operating the delivery vehicle safely adhering to the rules of the road.
• Maintaining the delivery vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness and roadworthiness.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A valid, full class 5 provincial driver’s license from BC.
• A clean driver’s abstract.
• A current Serving It Right certification or willing to obtain.
• Experience in a customer service-related role.
• A strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, prolonged sitting, bending, climbing, pushing, and making deliveries in all weather conditions, both day and night.
• Proficiency in using mobile technology, including GPS applications and smartphones.
