Job summary

Pattison Food Group, via Save-On-Foods, is hiring a Delivery Driver in Calgary, AB. You will deliver groceries in a van, provide exceptional service, and work closely with the online shopping team to resolve orders and returns.

You must have a valid Alberta Class 5 license, a clean abstract, and a proactive, customer‑minded approach. Training and a supportive team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 5 Alberta driver’s license and clean abstract.
• Experience delivering or in customer service roles preferred.
• Strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries in a van with a customer‑first approach.
• Collaborate with online shopping team and service center to resolve issues.
• Meet operational standards for the Online Shopping Department.
• Operate delivery vehicle safely and maintain cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Delivering groceries in a fully equipped van and providing exceptional customer-first service.
• Working with the online shopping team and customer service center to resolve customer service recovery situations involving returns, refunds, etc.
• Achieving operational standards for the Online Shopping Department.
• Operating the delivery vehicle safely and adhering to the rules of the road.
• Maintaining the delivery vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness and roadworthiness.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A valid, full class 5 provincial driver’s license from AB.
• A clean driver’s abstract.
• Experience in a customer service-related role.
• A strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, prolonged sitting, bending, climbing, pushing, and making deliveries in all weather conditions, both day and evenings.
• Proficiency in using mobile technology, including GPS applications and smartphones.
