Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an architectural consulting firm.
  • Currently registered, or will shortly be eligible to register, in a provincial professional internship program.
  • Ability to obtain Reliability and Secret level security clearance is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Lead / assist architects and senior team members in project design.
  • Prepare construction detailing and research appropriate materials.
  • Validate plans with project programmes and apply code analyses.
  • Review existing documentation and gather data for architectural drawings.

Skills

Bilingualism (English and French)
Knowledge of BIM principles and workflows
Proficiency in REVIT
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Proficiency in Microsoft 365
Proficiency in Bluebeam
Experience with visualisation software (SketchUp, VRay, Enscape)
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with generative design tools

Education

Accredited professional architectural degree from a CACB-recognised university
